This commercial's great. I think it illustrates a relatively true concept. Apple products are amazing. Steve Jobs did something wonderful over there. But half of what people are paying for is the brand when they buy an Apple product. People buy Apple because it's Apple. That's not a totally bad thing. Apple has proven themselves. But like the people in this commercial, they've had their blinders on to the other great phones which have started to emerge. The Galaxy S II is an amazing phone. Google's Galaxy Nexus is looking to be a pretty good game changer too. And the iPhone still doesn't have NFC (near field communication) which is a direction in which the market is moving (give me Google Wallet PLEASE!) So when you're looking to treat yourself or family to a new smartphone this Christmas. Do yourself a favor and consider all options. And remember, when you buy Apple, the real power is to go all Apple (not a terrible choice… expensive, yes, but just letting you know). Oh, and don't forget, iTunes new iMatch service costs $25 a year, and Google Music is free up to 20,000 songs. #blog #technology #apple #android #smartphone #samsung
